1. First, connect to the Aquarium Assistive Listening Wi-Fi network. Note that OP and the Piers are on different networks. To access the servers on each networks, you must physically be in the building and connected to the specific network.
  2. To access the ListenWIFI manager software, log onto the Aquarium Assistive Listening WiFi network (password: ListenNow!).
  3. Open the ListenWIFI manager and log in with the [email protected] email, password on KeePass.
  4. If you are connecting to a venue for the first time, you will need to get the venue key (Pier 59 and Ocean Pavilion are separate venues with separate keys)  from the previous person who connected. This is located in the bottom left corner of the screen and is a combination of 7 letters. 

    Currently, as of 11/4/2025, Willa is the last person who has accessed the servers. The current keys are:
    Pier 59: OPFBMMX
    OP: QYFPTPP 
  5. To access a server, click Import an existing venue in the bottom left corner and input the venue key. 
    Once you are connected, the Venue Key will change. Please note the new code, and update this documentation with the new code and date created.
  6. From the Servers tab, channels can be edited. They can be renamed, or shown/hidden. 
  7. From the Mobile Apps tab, the app appearance can be customized. 
    1. Aquarium branding colors are:
      Main Color: #FF1A63B0
      Secondary Color: #FF159C7E
    2. Under Channels:
      Each channel should have a 200x200 square image of the area it covers. These can be found in \\seaq.priv\files\Media\AV\2025\ListenEverywhere to ListenWiFi 2025 Update .
    3. Under Info:
      The following PDFs should be uploaded:
      Aquarium Phone, Personal Phone, Live Captions Android, Live Captions iOS, and Campus Map. These can be found in \\seaq.priv\files\Media\AV\2025\ListenEverywhere to ListenWiFi 2025 Update .
