Assistive Listening Guide (Personal Phone):

First, download the Listen EVERYWHERE app. Scan this QR Code:

Note: The first time the app is opened on devices running iOS 14 or higher, you will see the prompt "Listen EVERYWHERE would like to find and connect to devices on your local network. This app will be able to discover and connect to devices on the networks you use", press "OK". This can be changed at any time in Settings > Privacy > Local Network. 

  1. Connect to the Aquarium Assistive Listening Wi-Fi network by scanning this QR code.

    Or you can connect to the Aquarium Assistive Listening Wi-Fi in your phone internet settings. Password: ListenNow!
  2. Open the Listen EVERYWHERE app. This will automatically connect to the Listen EVERYWHERE server. It may take a few seconds. If it does not connect after the 30 second countdown, press the Back button and then Venue Scan.
  3. Tap on the audio channel for the area that you’re in to start listening.  Audio is currently available in Puget Sound Hall (PSH) and Life on the Edge (LOTE).

  4. Adjust the volume using your phone volume keys.
  5. Tap the  icon in the center of the menu bar of the app to open documents with instructions on enabling live captioning for iOS and Android.
