• Trouble downloading Listen EVERYWHERE app
    • Make sure that the device is on mobile data or the Aquarium Public Wi-Fi, not Aquarium Assistive Listening. The assistive listening wi-fi is a limited network only for transmitting assistive listening audio, apps cannot be downloaded on it. 
  • Unsuccessful Venue Scan/Cannot connect to server
    • Make sure that the device is on the Aquarium Assistive Listening Wi-Fi server, not the Aquarium Public Wi-Fi.

    • Turn mobile data off on the device. 
  • Hearing audio, but from the wrong area. 
    • Make sure you have the correct audio channel selected. PSH=Puget Sound Hall. LOTE=Life On the Edge (Touch Tanks).
  • Connected to Listen EVERYWHERE server, but no sound
    • Make sure that you have selected a channel. If a channel is selected, it will be filled in with color and have a pause symbol.
    • Make sure that audio is occuring:example: a talk at WoWW or LOTE, or use of the house mic in WoWW or LOTE. The lobby music does not go to Listen EVERYWHERE at this time.
    • Check the audio settings of the phone you are trying to listen on. 
      • Is the volume turned up? Are headphones connected? Try unplugging them and plugging them back in. 
      • Are you connected to Bluetooth? Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Bluetooth device. 
  • No sound with neck loop
    • Make sure the neck loop is firmly plugged into the headphone port on the phone. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. 
    • Make sure that telecoil mode is enabled on the user's hearing aid.
    • Turn the phone volume all the way up. 
  • If all else fails, please submit an AV support ticket and we will look into the issue.
