Network Drives (also known as shared drives) require both being a part of an access group and accessing them the correct way.

How to See if I have access?

To see if you have access to a network drive, follow the link below. In the Groups I am In tab, under the Type look for an On-Premises mastered group with the group name of the network drive.

How to Access the Network Drives

On Premises

If the computer, you're accessing the drives on is on-premises, ensure it is either on a wired connection (Ethernet) or on the SEAQ-Networks Wi-Fi. The SEAQ-Staff and SEAQ-Meetings are not mapped to the network drives. Once established that you are on the right network, the drives should be mapped automatically with the logon scripts that runs at each login. If you are still not able to access the drives, once on the correct network restart the computer and log back in. If they are still not appearing, you can attempt to access them with the direct path

1. Open File Explorer or click (Windows Key + E)

2. In the top middle search bar (not the one on the top right) search "\\seaq.priv\files\NETWORKDRIVENAME" with NETWORKDRIVENAME being the name of the drive.

*Note* In file explorer network drives will not show up in Network, they will appear under This PC

Off Premises

Off Premise network drive access requires VPN Connection. To connect to the VPN, follow the top article, then to access Bookmarks for Network drives see the bottom.
