Both the Salish Sea (Large) and the Shilshole Bay (Small) classrooms have projectors that can be used with a built-in computer. Here is a quick guide to projecting the computer's screen.
Note: this process is the same for both classrooms, though the exact position of the projector and computer/podium vary slightly by room.
1) Locate both the black podium with a computer monitor and the projector for the room you are using.
2) On top of the podium, find the Epson Projector Remote.
You can also log-in to the computer while here. If this is your first time signing in, the computer may take a few minutes to load.
3) To turn on the projector, point the Epson Remote at the projector. Then, press the On button.
You might hear a quiet beep, and a green light on the projector will turn on.
It may take a few moments to warm up before displaying images.
The built-in computer on the podium should automatically display on the projector. If the projector is not showing the right source, click the HDMI button on the Epson Remote.
4) To change what the projector shows, open Display Settings on the computer.
Select "Duplicate these displays" to have the projector screen show the same content as the computer.
Select "Extend these displays" to have the projector act as a second monitor.
