1. Connect HDMI cable to Wall Connection Plate. 

2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to your computer.

3. Login to an OP IPad with the code 5960.

4. Open the QSYS app. and log in to the Events account. the code is 4444.

5. Navigate to the Overlook control page.

6. On both the East and West screen selection choose HDMI Wall Input.


7. At the end of the event change both the East and West screen selections back to Rack Brightsign.


The default for the Overlook east and west monitors is to be turned off with the end of day button on the iPad. If this button is not pressed the monitors will continue with their normal content. 

  • To turn the screens off during an event go into the QSYS app on the iPad, navigate to the Overlook control page, and turn off monitors west and east. 
  • If there is a BrightSign scheduled during the event make sure that the TV inputs are on Rack BrightSign and that content will come up when scheduled. You can check this by going to the QSYS app on the iPad, navigating to the Overlook control page and hitting the Rack BrightSign button for the monitor west and monitor east.
