Overview

This document outlines the steps to reset your Seattle Aquarium account password using Azure AD self-service password reset. 

Prerequisites

  • A Seattle Aquarium user account with multi-factor authentication enabled
  • A device with access to the internet and a web browser
  • A device capable of verifying your identity via multi-factor authentication

Changing your Account Password

  1. Open an incognito/private web browser window and navigate to https://portal.office.com
  2. Enter your Aquarium email address in the Sign in page, then click Next
  3. On the following screen, click the Forgot my password link
  4. On the next screen, verify that your email address is correct, complete the CAPTCHA, then click Next
  5. Next, you will need to select a method for verifying your identity, then enter the provided code
  6. If your identity was successfully verified, you will now be able to change your password. After entering and confirming your new password, click Finish
