Overview
This document outlines the steps to reset your Seattle Aquarium account password using Azure AD self-service password reset.
Prerequisites
- A Seattle Aquarium user account with multi-factor authentication enabled
- A device with access to the internet and a web browser
- A device capable of verifying your identity via multi-factor authentication
Changing your Account Password
- Open an incognito/private web browser window and navigate to https://portal.office.com

Enter your Aquarium email address in the Sign in page, then click Next
- On the following screen, click the Forgot my password link
- On the next screen, verify that your email address is correct, complete the CAPTCHA, then click Next
- Next, you will need to select a method for verifying your identity, then enter the provided code
- If your identity was successfully verified, you will now be able to change your password. After entering and confirming your new password, click Finish
