Hybrid meetings:
A hybrid meeting in the classrooms is set up the same as on any other computer, except for the audio settings detailed below under "Classroom Audio System".
How to record a Teams meeting: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/teams/meetings/start-stop-and-find-meeting-recordings-in-microsoft-teams
There is often a webcam on one of the classroom computer podiums. This webcam is not provided or supported by AV.
This webcam can be used, or a webcam can be checked out from IT: https://helpdesk.seattleaquarium.org/support/catalog/items/43
A common issue with webcams in Teams is that Teams does not have permission to use the webcam. If it appears that the computer is recognizing the webcam, but it is not showing in Teams:
In the computer settings, navigate to "Privacy & security", scroll down to App permissions and select Camera.
Then make sure that the switch next to Microsoft Teams is set to On.
