2) Log in to the room computer with your username and password. If you find the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive, check their power switches to make sure they are both on.
3) At this point, video and audio should be working. When finished using the computer, please remember to log out and turn off the TV.
To use the conference room computer with the Rally Bar for video conferencing
1) Grab the keyboard, mouse, TV remote, and Rally Bar remote from the remote tray on the wall. Power on the TV.
2) Log in to the room computer with your username and password using the keyboard and mouse.
3) Double check that the computer audio settings are set to Logi Rally Bar. To do this, navigate to the sound settings by right clicking on the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the display (for PC) and select playback devices in the pop up window. Select Logi Rally Bar for both the speaker and microphone settings. This should usually be already set for the room computer but is a good place to start if you are unable to hear any audio.
4) Open the virtual meeting program of your choice (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and sign in appropriately to the application.
5) Make sure that the audio and camera settings of the program in use are also set to Logi Rally Bar. At this point, start your meeting.
6) You should be able to hear your meeting through the Rally sound bar and everyone in the room should be able to be heard through the microphones on the table and in the sound bar. The Rally camera will pivot around throughout the meeting to focus on the current speaker of the meeting.
7) If you find you would like to mute the mic pod on the table, touch the center of the mic pod until the red LED ring on the mic pod turns red. To unmute, touch the mic pod again. The red light will disappear, indicating the mic pod is live again.
8) When your meeting is over, remember to log out and power off the TV and Rally system using the remotes.
Rally Remote Control
1) Large button at the top- This controls the camera angle during a video call. Use this if you would like to position the camera manually. Otherwise, the camera will follow who ever is talking at the moment.

3) +/- Speaker Button- This is the volume control for the Rally sound bar. Use this to turn the volume up or down.
4) +/- Magnifying Glass Button- This is the zoom control for the Rally camera. Use this if you would like the camera to zoom in or out during a call.
To Use Logitech Swytch with Laptop
1) Turn on room TV using the TV remote.
2) If you are using an Apple computer, you will need to make sure that you are running the Display Link driver for the Swytch to be able to recognize your computer. If you don't have Display Link yet, you can download it from the following URL by selecting the version that is right for your computer. If you are using a Windows PC, there is no need to download Display Link. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads
3) Grab the Swytch (purple "Y shaped" device) and plug it in to the USB port of your laptop (either USB-A or USB-C). Once plugged in, the Swytch will take over the room computer and mirror your laptop on the screen. The room's video conferencing equipment (Rally Bar/Mic Pods) will also be your default mic and camera for Zoom and Teams calls as well.
4) When finished using the Swytch, please coil the cable and place it on its magnetic holder in the middle of the table. Turn off the TV.
Troubleshooting Swytch Device
1) If you find your laptop isn't being mirrored to the screen, make sure the TV is on the right input. In most of the rooms, it would be HDMI1. To do this, select the source button on the TV remote and use the arrows to navigate to HDMI 1 and use the center button to select.
2) If you are using an Apple computer it could be that you still need to install the Display Link driver. If you have Display Link, make sure that it is actively running while you are using the Swytch.
3) If you have selected the right input on the TV and screen is not registering a device, try a different port on your laptop.
4) If you are still unable to resolve the issue, submit an AV request at https://helpdesk.seattleaquarium.org/support/catalog/items and a member of the AV department will help you.
