In the IT Help Desk Portal, you can:


  • View and submit help desk tickets
  • View self-help IT solution articles
  • Request IT equipment checkouts and services




  1. To log in to the Portal, click on Sign In near the top-right corner of this page, or the Login link under Your Tickets. You will be re-directed to an Office 365 login page.









  2. If you have previously signed in to Office 365 on your browser, you'll be prompted to select an account to sign in with. If not, you can sign in with your Seattle Aquarium email address and click Next.
  3. Enter in the password corresponding with your Seattle Aquarium email address and click Sign In.

  4. If you'd like to stay signed in even after closing the browser, you can select Yes to stay signed in.
